Job Description

Position: Help Desk System Analyst
Location: Atlanta GA 30334
Client: State of Georgia
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Help Desk System Analyst to provide exceptional technical support to end-users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot a variety of issues related to Windows 11 Active Directory and Microsoft O365 while ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves both in-office and remote support addressing technical concerns and collaborating with IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 11 Active Directory and Microsoft O365.
  • Provide support for network connectivity VPN access and IP phone systems.
  • Utilize ticket tracking systems to document user issues effectively.
  • Assist with security tools like OKTA and Crowdstrike and maintain knowledge of AWS and SharePoint.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels.
