Key Tasks
- Deliver a high standard of customer support via email and live chat across multiple time zones.
- Manage and resolve incoming requests efficiently escalating to other teams when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Compliance Operations Commercial Finance) to ensure client issues are addressed swiftly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Fyorins platform and updates to guide clients effectively.
- Identify recurring issues and provide actionable feedback to improve customer experience.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through proactive engagement and value-driven communication.
- Deeply understand each clients business model and objectives to recommend new products/features that enhance ROI efficiency or performance.
- Together with the guidance of the commercial team develop and execute personalized upsell strategies based on client profiles and use cases.
- Support Fyorins brand by ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to innovation.
- Liaise with third-party providers when client issues involve external dependencies
Qualifications :
- 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role preferably within a financial service company.
- Basic understanding of transaction flows (e.g. SEPA SWIFT Card payments).
- Proven ability to identify customer needs troubleshoot effectively and escalate appropriately when needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
- A keen interest in banking finance and technology with the curiosity to keep learning.
- Team-oriented and collaborative with the confidence to take initiative and solve problems independently.
