Purpose of the Job
As a Manager in the Global File Review team you will contribute to targeted client assignments related to file reviews which are designed to enhance data quality and ensure the completeness and consistency of information maintained in client files.
Main Responsibilities
Conduct the following within prescribed deadlines (but not limited to):
- Participate in project assignments involving file reviews CDD data remediation screenings and other related tasks. This relates to but not limited to:
- Assessment of the accuracy completeness and relevance of client due diligence records.
- Identification and reporting missing information or inconsistencies and assist with corrective actions if applicable.
- Carrying out and reviewing screening results and escalate where necessary.
- Ensuring information is properly updated in internal systems with attention to details and data integrity.
- Verification of the relevance and accuracy of client-provided information and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Responsible for the accuracy excellence of service and the timeliness of all deliverables for the team.
- Build a strong service delivery relationship with each employee and stakeholder and ensure that adequate and qualified staff members are always available to handle service matters.
- Hold regular (weekly and/or) business / service meetings ensuring delivery of pre-agreed quality and quantity of services.
- Act as a first point of escalation to resolve service issues and problems.
- Provide assistance for the transition of the assignments to Mauritius within given deadlines.
- Manage pro-actively the end-to-end delivery of assignments which includes:
- Manage the day-to-day operational process and planning
- Ensure timely completion of tasks
- Escalation where necessary to ensure no unnecessary delays
- Ensure that all appropriate mitigation and performance improvement measures are in place and organize all regular tasks to support the delivery route.
- Act as a leader to motivate and coach staff members and ensure they are fully engaged in their work.
- Train and impart knowledge to staff members on all tasks and processes.
- Carry out performance appraisal and monitoring and provide feedback to staff members as and when required.
- Live the values of the company and ensure that staff members are abiding to these values.

Qualifications :
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Have a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 5 years of experience in managing/leading a team.
- Proven experience in managing and leading high performing teams to deliver complex work to high standards.
- Experience in compliance activity with the passion to maintain hands on involvement in completion of tasks and leadership of teams.
- Able to use technology to drive change and process improvement.
- Strong project planning and delivery model timelines.
