Brand Manager Oncology (Breast cancer)Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic and tactical planning with the cross-functional team for Oncology
Incorporate digital solutions to our communication plan in order to maximize the reach of our customers.
Show innovative thinking resilience and promote an effective cross-functional collaboration
Promote agile way of working through project management skills leadership without authority and entrepreneurial spirit
Demonstrate curiosity and lateral thinking to provide competitive advantage
Work closely with Global Marketing on strategy & promotion and show the leadership of Canada for innovation and bold practices
Devise and recommend appropriate strategies through the analysis of available data (sales reports market data and marketing research reports)
Demonstrate strong business acumen for managing budgets and assessing ROI
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business or Science
Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Marketing or in another Commercial role (e.g. business analyst training medical education sales etc.)
Cross-functional project management
Experience in a role supporting marketing brand management
Strong team player with collaborative mindset
Desirable Requirements:
Experience in oncology is an asset
Experience in a highly competitive market place is a strong asset
