Duration is NOW until End of December and may have oppotunity for full time long term employment.

    • Hourly pay with monthly bonus

    • MONTHLY bonus - average $500 a month many recruiters make $1000-$1500 a month.

What you will do as a Seasonal Recruiting Specialist -

    • 100% on the phone
    • Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply (headsets dual monitor and laptops provided)
    • Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions ( template provided)
    • Making job offers sending background checks
    • Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation

What you need to be successful as our Seasonal Recruiting Specialist - Creole

    • Enjoy talking with people
    • Experience with MS Excel skills
    • Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365
    • Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
    • Strong rganizational & communication skills
    • Familiarity with online job hunting websites
    • Passion for People

$17 - $19 an hour
