In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager you will join the Business Banking Team thats doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day youll go above and beyond to:
Educate customers about their business options providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
Identify new referral opportunities.
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
Manage day-day compliance requirements.
Were looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
A genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team business partners and overall value chain by modelling NABs values and behaviours.
Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
