Working 36.5 hours per week

The BCC Sport Service is looking for an experienced individual to provide strong effective leadership and management of its Leisure Management System (Gladstone).

The successful candidate will ensure the Leisure Management System provides an efficient and effective support service in accordance with the appropriate legislation office procedures and performance objectives and will be responsible for the maintenance management and security access of the Gladstone Leisure Management Information System including the administration of Leisure Card and associated memberships including Your Choice direct debit.

The role is to ensure all agreed processes for the management and administration of direct debit are implemented and that timescales and guidelines adhered to including income configuration and internal/external transactions and to work closely with partners and colleagues to ensure the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the Management Information System (Gladstone).
