About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our dynamic team to take on new daily challenges and really shine through.
The office based Project Coordinator is responsible for engaging internal technicians & external contractors scheduling managing restoration projects and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of projects to our clients. The role works closely with estimator/supervisors technicians suppliers sub-contractors and finance team and reports to a Team Leader and restoration manager.
Key activities include but are not limited to:
- Consistent and accurate administration and project coordination of small-medium restoration projects
- Organisation and scheduling of appropriate trades/ technicians/ estimators
- Cost management through claim life handling of trade invoices
- Strong focus on KPIs
- Collating photos and other documents for submitting reports and quotations
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and regular updates
Desired skills:
- Experience in contents & restoration works and or insurance building repair coordination
- Thorough understanding of the restoration and or building repair process critical inspection points and WHS requirements
- Track record of establishing and maintaining long term relationships/accounts
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Proactive and outcome focused
- Ability to act independently and multi-task
- High attention to detail with excellent communication
