Job Description
Wage: $25-$30 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Roaming Support & Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve roaming issues for STRATA and RINA customers.
Provide support to partner carriers experiencing issues while roaming on STRATA or RINA networks.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare analyze and distribute monthly roaming reports using tools like Analyzer and Excel.
Modify or develop new reports to meet evolving reporting requirements.
Contract Negotiation & Partner Management
Negotiate roaming rate updates and VoLTE agreements with new and existing partners.
Maintain strategic relationships with key roaming partners to ensure competitive rates and reliable service.
Testing & Implementation (IREG/ISUP)
Perform IREG testing with new roaming partners using GSMA IR.25 & IR.38 standards.
Coordinate testing by shipping SIMs and supporting documentation to partners.
Order and manage ISUP gateways through Syniverse and ensure accurate ticketing and implementation.
System & Data Management
Update IR.21 data on the GSMA website and distribute to roaming partners.
Coordinate updates to TAP files cell-site master lists and IMSI ranges for all RINA and STRATA partners.
Verify and maintain TADIG codes across carrier systems.
Internal Technical Support
Provide backup support for provisioning errors and billing failures collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Assist with wireless number portability (WLNP) issues for STRATA.
Create and manage Crossroads user IDs and account permissions for CRS users.
Qualifications:
Experience in telecom roaming operations preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Familiarity with GSMA standards (IR.21 IR.25 IR.38) and roaming processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and partner relationships simultaneously.
