We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Private Party Vehicle Acquisition Representative to join our dynamic call center team. Position Overview:

As a Private Party Vehicle Acquisition Representative you will be responsible for reaching out to private sellers through various communication channels including phone calls emails and online platforms. Your primary objective is to acquire vehicles directly from private sellers by scheduling appointments for them to visit our dealership where they will finalize the sale and secure the best possible offer for their vehicle.

You will guide sellers through the process from initial contact to ensuring they visit the dealership to complete the acquisition. Your success will be driven by your ability to set appointments and convert leads into in-person visits that result in vehicle acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to private sellers to gather information schedule appointments and acquire vehicles.

  • Direct sellers to the dealership and schedule appointments to finalize vehicle purchases.

  • Utilize CRM systems to log and track leads appointments and customer interactions.

  • Work collaboratively with the buying center team to ensure smooth vehicle acquisitions and follow up on scheduled appointments.

  • Provide exceptional customer service answering questions and guiding sellers through the appointment-setting process.

  • Follow up on leads to ensure timely responses and ensure appointments are kept.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

  • Assist with vehicle appraisals and closing paperwork once the appointment is completed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in automotive sales customer service or a call center environment is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems to manage and track appointments.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to set and exceed appointment targets.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
