Job Description

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) provides a comprehensive portfolio of technical support and solutions for the FDA regulated industry. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages full life-cycle recruitment process from initial intake and strategy discussion through onboarding while providing value-added guidance and coaching on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure the right talent is selected for the right role at the right time.
  • Develops recruitment strategies for assigned positions using various sourcing techniques including developing and activating candidate pipelines leveraging technology and research and social media/search engine channels to address hard-to-fill positions.
  • Champions and promotes the Company as an employer of choice to all candidates via the use of social media and branding activities.
  • Research lead and implement special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques sourcing avenues and recruitment tools.
  • Acts as subject matter expert in assigned functional areas including general and functional market expertise industry trends job knowledge organizational structure and ongoing business strategy in order to support internal business needs.
  • Serves as a key influencer building strategic partnerships and leveraging data and research to achieve the quality of hire.
  • In collaboration with technical experts analyze existing and new systems and processes against the compliance requirements and architect changes when needed to improve compliance.
  • Use your deep expertise in talent to shape and drive the strategic integrated talent management agenda within the Business Units. You will build a high-quality diverse talent pipeline focused on critical capabilities in the business.
  • As an expert consultant and thought partner to the operations teams to diagnose specific talent & recruitment challenges/opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Develop interventions that can be implemented through the HR model and the business line to strengthen talent and succession plans in the business and external recruitment pipelines.
  • Drive actions through the analysis and insight gained from key talent data and metrics. Work with the HR Leaders using data to create insights about the health and strength of the talent pipeline to inform the talent and recruitment strategy and interventions.
  • Excellent data and systems management to streamline our talent and recruitment activity.
  • Ensures EEOC requirements are met by the recruiting process.
  • Participates in continuous improvement activities.
  • Effectively manages ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) tool to track build engage and report on candidate pipelines.
  • Provides regular updates to senior leadership on recruiting issues.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree completed; Sciences Engineering Business Administration or Human Resources discipline is preferred.
  • At least (1) year of experience as an in-house recruiter and/or agency recruiter with full cycle recruiting or combined recruiting is required. Experience in recruiting for Engineering Operations Quality IT/IS Supply Chain andadministrative positions.
  • Experience with competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices is required.
  • Experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks Boolean searches and other social media tools.
  • Experience with an ATS system is required.
  • Experience in working with data to create insight and diagnose talent risks and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading mass recruiting or special projects.
  • Strong technical aptitude to include experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter CRM and/or other sourcing tools is required.
  • Work experience within the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Consumer and/or Medical Device industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor performance.
  • Advanced communication skills in Spanish and English including clear concise written and verbal communications and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service/client orientation with proven ability to develop knowledge and understanding of the business and empower staff and managers to solve issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint Microsoft Outlook (email) and navigation of internet resources. Experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • Knowledge of current laws/legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment EEO ADA etc. is required.
  • The ability to utilize talent platforms and networking to develop candidate pipelines is required.
  • AIRS Academy certification preferred.
  • Excellent consultancy skills with confidence and ability to influence challenge and coach at a senior level.
  • Strong business acumen.
