The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at NWS plays a critical role in both strengthening and sustaining customer relationships and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position serves as a key internal support resource for customers who may otherwise rely on external and internal sales representatives-particularly when those representatives are unavailable due to travel meetings or other commitments.
The CSR collaborates closely with finance procurement operations inventory control management and the sales team to manage the end-to-end order flow process. Responsibilities include supporting supply chain activities executing quotes and orders and handling all associated documentation for each customer account.
As NWS continues to grow its sales organization the CSR role is vital to ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is an integral part of the operations team at NWS.
