About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (Recruitment) to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on exposure in talent acquisition particularly in sourcing and screening candidates from engineering chemistry and microbiology backgrounds. If you are passionate about HR and enjoy connecting with people this is a great opportunity to gain real-world recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
What Youll Do
Actively source screen and shortlist candidates for internship non-executive and fresh graduate positions (with emphasis on technical and engineering roles).
Assist in job posting preparation and content creation to attract the right talent.
Conduct interview scheduling for shortlisted candidate and follow through the interview outcome.
Support basic documentation and data entry related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
Current Degree student in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Interest in technical hiring (engineering chemistry biotech) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Canva social media MS Office or similar tools is an added benefit.
