As part of the expanded scope of payroll activities it is essential to maintain a high level of service for all our associates. To support this one NTP analyst will be assigned to handle basic payroll tasks and services across the region.
This position will provide support to nine countries: Mexico (NIQ and GfK) Costa Rica El Salvador Guatemala Honduras Nicaragua Panama (NIQ and GfK) Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. The total headcount supported is approximately 3000 employees.
The analyst will be involved in a range of activities including:
Pre-payroll tasks: validating inputs comparing Workday reports with Strada reports.
Post-payroll processes: managing food and gasoline coupons savings fund in Mexico and stipend payments in Central America and the Caribbean.
Third-party payments: ensuring correct accounting records obtaining timely approvals and saving proof of payment.
Internal client service: addressing common questions and providing support to internal stakeholders.
This position plays a key role in reinforcing consistency accuracy and timeliness in the execution of payroll processes throughout the region.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
AccountingAdministrative Bachelors degree (only students graduating in December 2025 or June 2026)
Proficiency in Excel and databases
Desirable knowledge of Workday
Strong numerical analysis skills and attention to detail
Adaptable to change
Teamwork and customer service orientation
Desirable English proficiency
