Job Description
LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES

Position : AMAZON VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Work Hours : 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm
Timezone : EST
Pay Range : up to USD 1300/month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)
Client Interview Process : possible multiple client interviews and assessment
Company Overview: U.S.-based wholesale purchasing and brand partnership company
Duties and Responsibilities:
Amazon Admin & Operational Support
- Maintain and update sourcing and inventory spreadsheets
- Clean and organize supplier price lists
- Support invoicing purchase orders and supplier communication
- Monitor Amazon account health and assist with backend tasks
- Track performance data and maintain internal records
Online Arbitrage (OA) Product Research
- Use tools like Keepa and Tactical Arbitrage to identify profitable products
- Analyze ROI sales rank and pricing to support sourcing decisions
- Organize leads and ensure data accuracy in sourcing documentation
- Suggest improvements to research processes based on trends
Wholesale Sourcing Support (Future Growth Area)
- Organize and filter wholesale price lists
- Track supplier outreach and communications
- Assist in transitioning from OA to wholesale as the business scales
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters formulas formatting)
- Hands-on experience with online arbitrage tools (Keepa Tactical Arbitrage etc.)
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (admin/backend)
- Highly proactive confident communicator (not overly deferential)
- Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
- Comfortable with direct feedback and fast-paced iteration
- Highly responsive via Slack Google Meet and email
- Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time hours
