Job Summary

VCS is looking for an Airport Ambassador for one of our clients in Charleston SC. Earn Gift Cards up to $250 every Month.

Pay Rate: $18/hr.

**Attendance/Performance Appreciation: Up to $250/Month as Gift Cards (Non-Taxable)**

Shifts available:
- 1st: 3a-10a (M-F)
- 2nd: 10a-5p (M-F)
- 3rd: 5p-3a (M-F)
- Weekend 3a-3p Sat-Sun

The weekend shift can be flexible.
Contract: 3 to 6 months(with possible extension by the client)

An Airport Ambassador or Guide serves as a point of contact for passengers providing assistance information and a friendly presence at the airport. Key responsibilities include offering guidance on airport services helping with curbside and luggage assistance making ground transportation arrangements resolving basic inquiries and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This role often requires working long hours on their feet including nights weekends and holidays and may involve wearing a uniform.

Common Responsibilities

Customer Service: Providing a positive experience for passengers by being helpful friendly and enthusiastic.
Information and Guidance: Answering questions about airport services amenities and facilities.
Passenger Assistance: Offering help with luggage curbside assistance and guiding passengers to their destinations.
Transportation Arrangements: Assisting with ground transportation to and from the airport.
Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving routine inquiries and issues escalating complex ones to senior staff.
Safety and Security: Adhering to and following all security and safety guidelines policies and procedures.
Communication: Engaging with passengers and staff exhibiting strong verbal communication skills.

Work Environment & Conditions

Physical Demands: Requires standing and walking for extended periods.
Flexible Scheduling: May involve working long hours including nights weekends and holidays.
Uniform: Typically requires wearing a uniform as part of the role.
