JOB TITLE: (P) Project Engineer - REMOTE
LOCATION: Remote U.S.
PAY RATE: Up to $80/hour

Summary:
-
Support the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team in driving awareness user adoption and change acceptance related to enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement end-user communications and support for various change management activities such as:
-
Change impact analysis
-
Stakeholder analysis
-
Role mapping
-
Survey creation deployment and analysis
-
Training development and delivery based on feedback
-
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree required
-
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
-
Proven project leadership experience
-
Ability to develop and execute strategic change management plans
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear messaging
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-
Familiarity with ADKAR methodology or similar change management practices
-
Experience supporting ERP system implementations; SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred
-
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
-
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
