LOCATION: Remote U.S.
PAY RATE: $55/hour

Summary:
-
Supporting users with Jupyter notebooks DataStage Python R scripts APIs GitLab deployments and job execution.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues such as system errors connectivity problems and performance bottlenecks.
-
Collaborate closely with internal platform and engineering teams to drive resolutions and enhance the overall customer experience.

Provide expert-level support for IBM Watson Studio users
-
Troubleshoot issues related to notebooks DataStage deployments APIs and integration tools
-
Identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions
-
Collaborate with platform teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
-
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and improve support workflows
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D) and
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
-
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
-
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
