Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather document and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create functional specifications and technical documentation for development teams.
- Map and document business processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system compatibility with business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support change management initiatives and training of end-users.
- Analyze data trends to support decision-making processes.
- Identify key performance indicators and metrics for business operations.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of requirements gathering techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
