You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the planning execution and optimisation of outdoor advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural or civil engineering coupled with extensive experience in the outdoor advertising industry. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations high-quality campaign delivery and alignment with the agency s strategic goals.
Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of outdoor advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with the operational team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Effectively manage personnel materials and equipment to support campaign execution and operational needs.
Ensure optimal use of resources across projects and locations.
Develop and maintain efficient workflows for campaign production installation maintenance and reporting.
Continuously improve operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce bottlenecks.
Lead train and manage a team of operations staff.
Provide performance management mentorship and support to ensure high team morale and output.
Prepare and manage budgets for all operational activities.
Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality or timelines.
Establish quality control standards and ensure all deliverables meet agency expectations and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular checks on installations and materials used.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations particularly concerning outdoor advertising structures and installations.
Foster a safety-first culture within the operations team.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors contractors and material suppliers.
Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery and service quality.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and operational activities.
Generate and present regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
Attend weekly operational and marketing meetings.
Provide interim support for other markets as needed.
Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
Minimum of 2-3 years cognate experience in a senior operational role within the outdoor advertising industry.
Bachelor s Degree or HND in Structural Engineering Civil Engineering or Building Technology.
Membership of COREN or NSE is a strong advantage
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated project and workflow management expertise.
Proficiency in budget management and resource allocation.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards in outdoor advertising.
Competence in relevant software tools including project management and reporting platforms.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
