Job Description
Were looking for a Recruiter to join our team at CD PROJEKT RED! In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes with a strong focus on international markets. Youll partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to bring in the best global talent and ensure a great candidate experience all while working in a flexible hybrid model (2 days per week from our Warsaw office). Please note: this role requires working hours from 11:00 to 19:00 (CEST Poland timezone).
Daily responsibilities:
- Running full-cycle recruitment processes: from sourcing to screening coordinating interviews and offering feedback.
- Managing recruitment efforts for positions on international markets across different teams and disciplines.
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their current and future hiring needs.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintaining accurate data in our recruitment systems and preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (tech creative operations etc.) is a plus.
- Previous experience in international recruitment will be an asset.
- A passion for games is a strong plus!
