As a Principal Recruiter Core Functions youll have the opportunity to foster a strong team culture and make a significant impact by expanding critical operational teams ultimately helping more customers save money.
Role Objectives
Develop and implement world-class recruitment strategies specifically for a diverse range of core function roles (e.g. Finance Legal Compliance HR Marketing Operations etc.) collaborating closely with hiring teams to make data-driven decisions.
Build long-term relationships with top talent in the Brazilian market across various professional disciplines guiding them through a remarkable end-to-end recruitment experience.
Ensure all candidates have a positive recruitment experience creating a robust talent network for future opportunities within our core functions.
Innovate sourcing techniques to attract top professionals for core function roles specifically tailored to the So Paulo talent landscape.
Work with the Employer Brand and Marketing team to execute recruitment marketing campaigns and events specific to So Paulos unique professional market.
Partner with hiring teams across core functions to support their initiatives including onboarding talent mapping and salary benchmarking for these specific roles.
Utilize data to identify and address hiring challenges within core functions optimizing processes for global scalability.
Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure a seamless employee experience from recruitment through onboarding.
Mentor or manage a small team of recruiters sharing best practices providing guidance and helping to develop their skills and careers.
Qualifications :
8 years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a successful track record in recruiting for a broad range of core business functions (e.g. Finance Legal Compliance HR Marketing Operations etc.) ideally within a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing and attracting top-tier talent across diverse professional disciplines with a passion for creative solutions tailored to the Brazilian market.
Ability to look beyond technical skills to identify candidates who align with our culture and values.
Strong self-starter who flourishes in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adaptable to change.
Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging roles and learning new skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills capable of engaging with individuals at all levels across various departments.
Proven experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing a small team is highly preferred.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
