Job Description

  • Crer et maintenir un organigramme de dpartement efficace conu pour la flexibilit et la croissance.
  • Prparer excuter suivre et mettre jour le plan daffaires du dpartement intervalles rguliers.
  • Surveiller et amliorer la productivit cl du dpartement.
  • Examiner et soutenir les devis quotidiens.
  • Soutenir le produit en vrifiant les frais locaux et les accords tarifaires afin de minimiser les pertes potentielles de la succursale.
  • Avoir une connaissance approfondie du produit dimportation maritime.
  • Planifier et soutenir les runions dquipe quotidiennes et mensuelles pour discuter de lintelligence du march et rpartir les charges de travail.
  • Assister la runion hebdomadaire des ventes de la succursale et animer les discussions sur limport maritime avec des mises jour et tendances du march.
  • Jouer un rle actif dans la transition des nouvelles affaires et les mises jour des affaires existantes.
  • tre ouvert la mise en uvre de nouveaux changements et amliorations du systme au sein du dpartement.
  • Participer et proposer des amliorations aux systmes et processus.
  • Faire crotre les revenus du dpartement en ligne avec les objectifs budgtaires du district et les attentes de la direction.
  • Soutenir avec les rapports financiers internes (BNP AJAX CLH) pour garantir une comptabilit propre dans tous les rapports financiers.
  • Maintenir une relation positive avec le Responsable de la Conformit Commerciale et soutenir tous les efforts et formations en matire de conformit.
  • tablir et entretenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs (compagnies maritimes entreprises de transport routier etc.).
  • Examiner et mener les valuations du personnel et les entretiens individuels en temps opportun conformment linitiative 31.

  • Create and maintain an effective department organization chart which is designed for flexibility and growth.
  • Prepare execute monitor and update the department business plan at regular intervals.
  • Monitor and improve key departmental productivity.
  • Review and support with day-to-day quotations
  • Support product with checking local charges and agreement quotes to ensure we minimize potential branch losses.
  • Have thorough knowledge of the Ocean Import product.
  • Plan and support with huddles and monthly meetings to discuss market intelligence and delegate workloads within the team.
  • Attend the weekly branch Sales meeting and facilitate discussions on Ocean Import with market updates and trends.
  • Take an active role in the transition of new business/ updates to existing business.
  • Be open to implementing new system changes and enhancements into your department. 
  • Be involved and suggest system/process improvements.
  • Grow department Revenue in line with District budget target and management expectations.
  • Supporting with BNP AJAX CLH and internal financial reports to ensure that the department is showing clean financial accounting throughout all financial reports.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and trainings.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors (Shipping lines trucking companies and others)
  • Review and conduct staff appraisals and one on one meeting timely in line with the 31 Initiative
  • Assist supervisor and key staff with goal setting and monitoring development.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum de 7 ans dexprience chez Expeditors ou dans lindustrie
