The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA is looking for two (2) Training Product Specialists to join our Denver/hybrid team. The Training Product Specialist will be responsible for specialization in one discipline: 1) Finance & Education or 2) Leadership Compliance Regulatory Education.


The Training Product Specialists will coordinate and support training and education products from ideation to deployment and assist editorial product owners in the creation of a variety of training and education products for targeted audience segments within the medical practice market. In addition they will manage processes and systems to ensure flawless quality of output and provide technical project management support of team initiatives including scheduling planning and revising new and existing products and utilize a network of internal and external subject matter experts to keep content aligned with nuanced and niche customer needs.


Requirements

Essential Functions

  • Guided by senior editors curate innovative original content from subject matter experts in a variety of training products including but not limited to toolkits webinars conferences online training ebooks and custom research.
  • Stay abreast of target customer personas by speaking with customers industry and subject matter experts and thought leaders in the spaces MGMA serves.
  • Data analysis to support the team with evidence-based business decisions on product performance.
  • Project management support to the team including coordination of production and technical support with creating and editing deliverables as well as other workflow processes

  • Actively seek out opportunities to gather data and insights from MGMA members and customers to support content development and membership strategy.
  • Coordinate an advisory panel to solicit topics and experts of interest to targeted audiences.
  • Manage processes and systems to ensure flawless quality of output and make recommendations for process and quality improvements on all products.
  • Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization.

Knowledge skills and abilities

  • Ability to consistently promote support work and act in a manner in support of MGMAs mission vision and values.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite exposure to Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop InDesign and InCopy.
  • Displays analytical aptitude with a strong desire for continuous learning.
  • Excellent presentation written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Detail oriented and able to handle multiple projects while prioritizing accordingly in a time sensitive environment.
  • Strong critical thinking customer service problem-solving computer and creative skills.
  • Strong understanding of data management and database utility.
  • Comfortable learning and working within multiple platforms such as a CRM; content management and LMS platforms; and survey and evaluation platforms.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to perform duties as a self-starter with much autonomy and independent judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize diverse tasks.
  • Ability to respond in a flexible manner to changing needs and priorities

Education

  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Education Instructional Design or a related field is required.

Experience

  • Three (3) or more years of experience in providing business support and project coordination in the publications or educational environment is required.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.


Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications

  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.

Working environment

  • Will need to attend conferences and MGMA events in various locations around the United States on a regular basis.

This is a largely sedentary role so employee must be able to remain in a sedentary position while focusing for extended periods of time throughout the workday. Position also requires occasional movement inside the office to access file cabinets printers etc. While performing the duties of this job employee is regularly required to successfully navigate scenarios requiring the following operational abilities:

  • Ability to operate PC/keyboard and other office productivity equipment
  • Ability to position self to traverse/navigate around typical office setting
  • Ability pull/push lift open/close grasp/manipulate transport up to 10 lbs.
