Job Description
- Develop and execute structured change management strategies using frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci.
- Conduct readiness assessments stakeholder analyses and integrate change plans into project governance.
- Lead stakeholder engagement communication campaigns and manage a Change Agent Network.
- Oversee training and enablement efforts including Oracle-specific learning paths and tools like Oracle Guided Learning (OGL).
- Monitor adoption metrics gather feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coach leaders and support project teams in embedding change management practices.
- 5 7 years of experience in change management preferably within healthcare and Oracle Cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP HCM SCM).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Psychology or related field; Masters preferred.
- Change management certification (Prosci CCMP) preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms and enterprise transformation projects is a plus.
