Position Summary
We are seeking a Quality Manager or a Senior Quality Engineerto lead and enhance the companys quality assurance function. The successful candidate will be a proven performer with a track record of long tenures and strong contributions in manufacturing quality. Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality control systems and processes across the manufacturing facility.
Lead coach and mentor the quality engineering team and production personnel.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address and resolve quality issues.
Maintain and audit quality documentation and compliance standards.
Utilize SAP or similar ERP systems to manage quality processes (SAP Quality Module experience preferred).
Report on quality metrics and drive accountability across teams.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree required (technical discipline strongly preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing-related quality roles.
Prior management or team leadership experience preferred.
Familiarity with SAP (particularly the Quality Module) is a plus.
Excellent analytical communication and team collaboration skills.
