Customs Specialist EMEA

Are you passionate about international trade and customs compliance FMC is looking for adetail-oriented and proactive Customs Specialistto ensure the smooth and compliant flow of goods across borders. As a key player in our supply chain youll help drive compliance and efficiency in import/export operations across the EMEA region.
What Youll Do
Ensure Customs Compliance:Manage import/export documentation customs classification and origin determination.
Oversee Special Customs Procedures:Handle Inward Processing Relief (IPR) bonded warehouse activities and preferential trade agreements.
Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with logistics finance and external customs agents to ensure timely and compliant product movement.
Drive Process Improvements:Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize customs processes and maintain accurate documentation audit.
What You Bring
3 years of experience in customs operations or international trade with a customs agent or similar experience.
Strong knowledge of EU/EMEA customs regulations customs regimes key basics (origin classification valuation) and hubbing.
Excellent attention to detail analytical mindset and communication skills.
Experience with SAP S4 (SAP GTS module knowledge is a plus).
