About Fam (previously FamPay)
Fam is Indias first payments app for everyone above 11. FamApp helps make online and offline payments through UPI and FamCard. We are on a mission to raise a new financially aware generation and drive 250 million youngest users in India to kickstart their financial journey super early in their life.

About this Role

On the Job
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews and collecting feedback
- Working closely with hiring managers for profile screening and JD preparation
- Making roles live updating the ATS and sharing pipeline updates regularly
- Contributing creative ideas to enable faster hiring
- Communicating proactively with candidates to ensure a smooth experience
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
- Relevant internship experience (2 to 4 months atleast) in hiring coordination.
- Excellent at articulating and communicating the employer brand.
- Naturally good at selling.
- Good team player positive attitude motivated and eager to learn.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment is a big plus.

- Attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong collaboration and teamwork
