Role: Client Acquisition Specialist Intern
Type: Internship (3 months commission-based then salary incentives)

What Youll Do:
- Research and identify potential client companies
- Reach out and promote Westley Resources staffing and recruiting services
- Schedule meetings and demos with hiring managers
- Build and manage a lead pipeline using CRM tools
- Learn proven sales strategies and recruitment processes

Ideal Candidate:
- Recent graduate or final-year student (all majors welcome; business/HR preferred)
- Confident communicator with a passion for pitching and building relationships
- Motivated results-driven and eager to learn
- Interested in business development sales or HR

Compensation:
- First 3 months: Commission-based (earn as you perform-unlimited earning potential!)
- From 4th month: Fixed salary performance-based incentives
