About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Director to lead the strategic planning execution and optimization of marketing initiatives for F1 Experiences and MotoGP Premier while supporting overall leadership for the Marketing Department. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in digital acquisition project management performance analytics and full-funnel marketing strategy. This individual will oversee integrated campaigns that drive brand growth fan engagement and direct-to-consumer sales for both global motorsport platforms.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies to grow brand awareness digital engagement and sales across multiple global markets.
- Align marketing plans with commercial objectives and brand positioning for F1 Experiences and MotoGP Premier.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product operations sales and creative teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Work with other department leadership to co-own department processes and improvements
Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Develop budgets with VP Marketing and support Head of Paid on multi-channel budget allocation.
- Optimize media spend to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Oversee SEO initiatives in partnership with internal content teams or external vendors.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own marketing dashboards and KPIs; analyze and report on campaign performance customer insights and growth trends.
- Drive test-and-learn programs to improve conversion rates audience segmentation and engagement.
- Use insights to continuously lead the team in refining audience targeting messaging and channel strategy.
Requirements
- 8 years of progressive marketing experience ideally in travel sports or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong background in performance marketing digital strategy and marketing analytics.
- Proven success leading large-scale integrated campaigns and managing cross-functional teams.
- Solid project management skills and experience with platforms such as Asana or Trello.
- Deep understanding of Google Search tools & algorithms GA4 attribution modeling and marketing automation tools
- International marketing experience is highly valued.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution.
