We are looking to recruit a dynamic flexible and self-motivated Communications & Marketing Officer to work as part of a busy corporate communications team specifically supporting our Childrens Services Directorate.
About the Role:
This will be a tactical and operational communications role that will deliver high value marketing projects campaigns visual and digital communication to support the organisations priorities. As well as being responsible for the delivery of various marketing projects the role will include producing and/or managing production of targeted content for external and internal audiences including engaging written work for online and print and creative visual and video content.
This role will particularly focus on the delivery of key health and childrens services priorities and is a rewarding opportunity to help shape how we communicate with residents carers and partners about the services and support available to adults in our community.
About the Candidate:
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and have experience in creating engaging and shareable content across a variety of platforms including social media video infographics and other digital tools.
This is a 12 month temporary contract to cover maternity leave.
