Location: Cervell (Barcelona Spain)
Frequent travel to ASIA (minimum of 40%)

At MartiDerm a leading dermocosmetics brand present in over 35 countries we are looking for a strategic globally minded professional to lead the growth of our business in the Asian region from our global headquarters in will be part of the International Sales team reporting directly to the International Sales Director and will play a key role in driving business expansion coordinating with local partners and identifying new market opportunities.Your mission
- Develop sales market penetration and brand visibility in the Asian markets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing Quality Regulatory Operations Procurement Demand Planning) to adapt the global strategy to local market needs.
- Ensure that local partners execute brand protocols and commercial objectives in line with global guidelines.
- Travel regularly to Asia to strengthen relationships monitor sell-out stock levels and in-store execution.
- Monitor commercial performance account profitability (P&L) and identify business growth opportunities.
- Track consumer behavior competitor activity and market trend
- Represent MartiDerm at key trade shows and business events.
What were looking for
- Previous experience managing international markets especially China or/and APAC region.
- University degree in Business Administration International Trade or Marketing. MBA is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Spanish is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills strategic mindset cultural sensitivity and business acumen.
- Availability to travel regularly and work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Based in Barcelona area
