Job Description :-
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Client Account Manager. The role involves managing client relationships ensuring timely delivery of backlinks and coordinating with internal teams and publishers to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Coordinate with publishers and the internal delivery team to ensure timely execution of orders
- Understand client needs and ensure their link-building goals are met
- Respond to client queries via email calls and internal systems
- Assist in preparing performance reports and tracking campaign delivery
- Maintain accurate records of orders communications and follow-ups
- Communicate clearly professionally and promptly with global clients
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Basic understanding of SEO or digital marketing is a plus
- Good with coordination follow-ups and multitasking
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing role
- Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and email tools
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing/Business preferred but not mandatory)
