The team of the The Ritz-Carlton Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

Marketing Coordinator / Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
  • Create digital and printed marketing materials for all departments with a strong focus on rooms and food and beverages
  • Develop and assemble information packages (e.g. brochures sales and hotel collaterals) based on hotel priorities and business needs
  • Assist to prepare or edit letters invitations monthly and quarterly press reports news releases spreadsheets or presentations
  • Make updates to property website outlets websites and OTAs
  • Refer to an appropriate spokesperson for all daily general media inquiries
  • Monitor media coverage and other external factors to identify potential opportunities
  • Support media relations outreach efforts and other activities to bolster the propertys reputation and image in the community
  • Assist to coordinate on-property visits from media including reservations amenities special requests and special events
  • File and update press database digital library and press clippings

Your Qualifications:

  • Analytical Skills:
    • Strong computer and software proficiency (e.g. Creative Cloud Microsoft Office)
    • Ability to learn and make decisions
    • Experience with printing and technology use

  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Teamwork creativity and corporate thinking
    • Understanding of hospitality and diversity
    • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities

  • Communication Skills:
    • Effective communication listening and writing skills
    • Professional telephone etiquette
    • Proficiency in English and German
    • Competence in applied reading and electronic communication

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position based on full-time employment is 2.26300 per month. A higher salary may be offered depending on your qualifications and experience.
