Job Description
Required:
- At least 8 years of experience in Project managing large ERP implementation programs preferably in Microsoft D365
- Strong proficiency in Project Management and Client engagement skills
- Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
- Solution estimation methods
- High impact Communication skills
- Business Acumen
- Customer Orientation
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Proposal building methods
- Project Management.
- Experience and desire to work in a consulting environment that requires regular travel
Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for all interactions with the Customer
- Facilitate/coordinate meetings interactions with the key business users
- Review and define the tasks and resource planning
- Ensure deliverables are reviewed internally and submitted to the customer on time
- Provide oversight to all delivery aspects of the project
- Prepares the weekly status reports and provides inputs to the Program Manager
- Prepare Project Plan highlighting weekly tasks for the team
- Track the project execution vs the plan monitor the progress
- Maintain Risk and Issue Register for the project
- Keeps the team motivated and committed to the project delivery
