We are looking for a proactive and analytical Junior Account Manager to support our client relationships and strategic execution across a diverse portfolio. You will serve as a bridge between our internal teams and client stakeholders translating brand and marketing strategies into actionable deliverables and supporting the day-to-day project management and communications.
This is a fast-paced highly collaborative role ideal for someone passionate about storytelling comfortable with complexity and excited to learn from top strategy and brand experts.
- Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers in the day-to-day execution of client projects.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
- Translate strategic insights into client-facing summaries timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate project workflows including:
- Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting gathering data for analysis and insights.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings preparing agendas and maintaining project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to ensure alignment and consistency across touchpoints.
- Help prepare presentations reports and documentation that reflect our brand voice and values.
- Conduct research and analysis on clients industries audiences and competitors.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential issues to Account Managers.
- Assist with scheduling logistics and administrative support for multi-client accounts.

- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in a client-facing or account/project management role (agency consultancy or marketing team).
- Agency experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting to clients is a plus.
- Eagerness to support and contribute to successful client campaigns and company growth.
- Demonstrated ability to organize prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Asana Trello Notion Slack).
- Ability to interpret data and insights to support strategic recommendations.

Bachelor s Degree or higher in business, marketing, or communications. Experience in social media management and digital marketing (agency experience is a plus). Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are critically important. Familiar with project management tools and workflows, experience with Wrike a plus. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas. Ability to travel to client locations (if needed) and Atlanta for company and team meetings if living out of the area. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role (internships included). Agency experience is a plus but not required. Eagerness to support and contribute to successful client campaigns and company growth.
