Job Description
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an Associate Account Manager youll:
- Build and foster relationships with Cutting Edge clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in presenting recommendations for property improvements proper horticulture procedures and quality service within budget.
- Manage all customer communication within client portfolio alongside the Account Management team.
- Partner with clients to actively promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
- Learn how to maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Work with the Operations team in the resolution of customer problems or concerns.
- Achieve revenue profitability and contract renewal goals.
- Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
If this sounds exciting to you we are seeking a leader with these qualifications:
- 1 years experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong organization and conflict management abilities
- Capacity to make critical judgments solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Determination to exceed the goals of position department and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
- Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation.
