Job Description
Job Title: Sales Assistant
Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago
Pay: $20/HR additional monthly incentives!
Schedule (Must be able to work the hours listed):
- Monday: 1:00PM-9:00PM
- Tuesday: 1:00PM-9:00PM
- Wednesday: 9:00AM-8:00PM
- Thursday: 9:00AM-3:00PM
- Saturday: 8:45AM-5:00PM
Join our team at Berman Subaru as a Sales Assistant- a role focused on loan processing finance support and delivering exceptional post-sale service. In this position youll support the dealership by processing purchase documents coordinating with lenders and ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and satisfying ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Processing: Finalize all deal paperwork verify accuracy and submit completed documents for funding. Monitor lender approvals and resolve discrepancies to ensure smooth and timely funding.
- Customer Experience Support: Follow up with sold customers to offer protection products and reach out to service clients with expiring warranties.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records support sales/finance teams and handle CRM follow-ups including scheduling internet/phone/showroom-sourced appointments.

Qualifications :
- Previous experience in finance automotive loan processing BDC or a similar dealership customer service/sales role is required
- Dealership experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable with digital tools CRM systems and document processing
- Passionate about delivering a premium customer experience
