Job Description
Job Summary:
Overall management for technical function including: Process Development / Fixture Design & management Line concepts and standards / Industrial Engineering / Change Management / Investments & initial costs for special tools(EWAK) total equipment (MAE) management Layout / Maintenance TPM coordination / Tool management / construction of sample (COS) & COST
Job Responsibility:
- Leading Manufacturing technical engineering Dept including section manager engineer and technician
- Planning and controlling on plant work efficiency
- Investment control for Bosch Rexroh Beijing plant (MAE & EWAK) equipment capacity (TEK) calculation closely work with central cost control Dept (MFC)
- Triger technical innovation and digital transformation in Bosch Rexroh Beijing plant
- Relocation project management for Bosch Rexroh Beijing plant
- Product cost tracking and quick sample shop
- Idle MAE follow up and support company cost down project
- Benchmark international production network (IPN) process and continuously improve unit machining time of equipment (TeB)
- Engineering change (ECR) change management
- Coaching and developing team member responsible for team members growing
- Coordinating with cross functional dept and lead plant in Germany
- System CIP and define Dept future roadmap
Qualifications :
- Strong leadership in cross function team leading and staff development
- Overview of business operation and strategic view of business development
- Ability of business strategy deployment and function strategy defining
- Experience of leading change and transformation tackle uncertainty and always motivate and encourage team
- Bachelor or master in mechanics
- Experience in project management
- Hydraulic experience prefferred
- Experience in automation and digitalization
- Above 8 years in manufacturing area
- Metal part machining knowledge
- Metal material knowledge
- NC equipment knowledge
- Lean production knowledge
- Advanced English German plus
