Kaschls Culligan was initially established in 1995 as Lloydminster Water World by Karl and Patty Kaschl. Robbie and Dawn Kaschl then purchased the company and the local Culligan making us a second-generation water company. Recently Shawn and Lindsey Kaschl bought in to the family business that together we continued to build on family values. Ever growing we have since expanded by opening branches in North Battleford and Bonnyville. The Customer Service Representative/ Route Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the retail front at our Lloydminster store ensuring excellent customer service for walk-in clients answering and directing phone calls and emails and managing day-to-day retail operations. In addition this role coordinates the delivery routes for our Lloydminster-based drivers ensuring efficient scheduling timely deliveries and clear communication between the delivery drivers and the production team. Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of the company and must establish and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved in day to day operations and be happy to help our customers carry out their products including 5 gallon water bottles and 70 lb. bags of softener salt.

Qualifications:

-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
-Criminal record check by RCMP.
-Problem solving.
-Critical thinking.
-Job task planning and organizing.

Responsibilities:

-Leadership management keeping Delivery Drivers accountable.
-Schedule track and file vehicle maintenance records.
-Closing driver transactions.
-Open and close the store.
-Closing out the day with cash out procedures.
-Ensure all store shelves are stocked.
-Samsara GPS tracking.
-Manage and maintain cleaning common areas (kitchen office bathroom store) daily ex: sweep and mop.
-Clean and maintain retail area ex: dusting at least 3 times per week
-Garbages in store and offices and office bathroom.
-Book and maintain routing for new customers.
-Maintain seasonal dcor in store.
-Maintain customer account records.
-Performing all assigned duties in a safety conscious and productive manner.
-Follow company policies.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
