Job Description

Were looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing SaaS team. Youll be the first line of communication with prospective clients helping them discover how our software solutions can solve real-world challenges. This role is perfect for someone who loves tech thrives on meaningful conversations and enjoys opening doors for new business.

Tasks

  • Identify and research potential leads within target industries using tools like LinkedIn Apollo and company databases.
  • Initiate outbound communication via emails calls and social media to educate prospects about our SaaS product.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on need urgency budget and decision-making ability.
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain organized records of leads and interactions in the CRM (e.g. Zoho HubSpot Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize lead conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date on our product roadmap use cases and competitor landscape to position our SaaS effectively.

Requirements

  • 02 years of experience in SDR BDR or similar client-facing role in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for SaaS and emerging technologies.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Resilience creativity and the ability to handle rejections positively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
