Youll be the first line of communication with prospective clients helping them discover how our software solutions can solve real-world challenges. Tasks
- Identify and research potential leads within target industries using tools like LinkedIn Apollo and company databases.
- Initiate outbound communication via emails calls and social media to educate prospects about our SaaS product.
- Qualify inbound leads based on need urgency budget and decision-making ability.
- Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain organized records of leads and interactions in the CRM (e.g. Zoho HubSpot Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize lead conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on our product roadmap use cases and competitor landscape to position our SaaS effectively.
Requirements
- 02 years of experience in SDR BDR or similar client-facing role in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for SaaS and emerging technologies.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Resilience creativity and the ability to handle rejections positively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
