Remote Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Spanish/English)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Central Time

Compensation: Base Salary Performance Bonuses

RWI Law a fast-growing and client-focused law firm based in Minneapolis MN is looking for a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you ll play a critical part in converting warm leads into clients by listening with empathy identifying legal needs and guiding potential clients through the intake and consultation process.

Note: This position requires availability during U.S. Central Time business hours (8:00 AM 5:00 PM).

  • Engage with Prospective Clients: Conduct video calls and virtual consultations in both English and Spanish to assess legal needs and build trust.
  • Convert Leads: Respond to inbound inquiries qualify leads and guide them toward retaining legal services.
  • Follow Up Proactively: Keep in touch with leads who haven t yet been retained answer their questions and help them move forward.
  • Collaborate with Legal Team: Coordinate with attorneys and management to ensure smooth client handoff and onboarding.
  • CRM and Call Tracking: Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and communications.
  • Sales Strategy Meetings: Participate in regular meetings to share performance insights and improve sales processes.
