Job Description
To strengthen our team we are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to work at our office in Le Mans (72) or in our headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92) in the south of Paris.
CIPEM subsidiary of ICAPE Group is focused on custom-made technical parts in more than 10 families: plastic metal batteries power supplies cables keyboards transformers etc. for many sectors of industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and follow up Customer orders in accordance with the contract review
- Create and maintain a trusting relationship with customers
- Handle the interface between the various parties involved (customers suppliers carriers sales staff and internal departments)
- Prepare pro forma invoices invoices and customer credit notes in the case of dispute
- Answer the telephone provide customers with information and/or direct them to the right people
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the service and updating the departments procedures/working methods
REQUIREMENTS
- International Business or Sales Administration degree preferred and a first successful experience in a commercial or Sales Administration /Customer position
- Fluent in French and English another language would be appreciated
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Good inter-personal skills be able to work as a team
- Have an interest in administrative tasks
- Be rigourous
- Have good analysis skills
