This role is part of the Master Data team within the Order-to-Cash (OtC) stream operating in a dynamic environment. While the core focus is on maintaining high-quality customer and supplier data the team also supports system administration tasks and continuous improvement initiatives. As a Master Data Specialist you will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable (AP) and Order-to-Cash (OtC) teams as well as local business stakeholders across Europe.
Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP systems (mainly D365 M3 and others)
Monitor and analyze master data and key data relationships
Perform regular data cleansing (removing duplicates outdated records)
Update FX netting and closing rates in systems (monthly/weekly)
Handle tickets and requests via ServiceNow and One CRM platforms
Provide data-related support to business and IT teams
Administer SharePoint and OPTO system
Maintain clear and up-to-date process documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team
Support potential future data migrations from other locations
We are looking for:
Min. 23 years of experiencein Master Data Management or data analysis
Experience with ERP systems
StrongExcel skills Power Query or Power BI is a plus
Detail-oriented well-organized and tech-savvy mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Fluent inPolish (C1)andEnglish (min. B2) used in daily communication with business stakeholders
