We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our innovative team in the Learning and amp; Development sector. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about data analysis and its applications in enhancing educational outcomes. As a Data Scientist you will leverage analytical techniques build predictive models and assist in developing data-driven strategies that inform decision-making and improve training effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Collect process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop predictive models to assess training effectiveness and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and reports to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing analytical methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest data science techniques and tools.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data analysis role.
- Proficient in data manipulation and statistical analysis tools (e.g. Python R SQL).
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.
