Who You Are
We are looking for producers who are:
Entrepreneurial and results-driven passionate about building their portfolio and contributing to firm growth
Self-sufficient and experienced youve built and managed a commercial book before
Collaborative able to thrive within a close-knit team and contribute to a profit centre
Hardworking committed to long hours continuous learning and driving results
Ownership-minded interested in having equity in your own book
Preferably focused in Construction Real Estate Surety Bonding or Hospitality
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 510 years of Commercial Lines production experience
Existing book of business with loyal client base
Current RIBO license in good standing
Strong technical knowledge across a range of Mid Market to Large accounts
Excellent client relationship consultative selling and presentation skills
