Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives global strategic impact Join our dynamic team at Raytheon as a Prin Specialist Value Stream Management (Deputy Program Manager) - Foreign Military Sales (FMS) within our Global ISR Sensors & Software business unit.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Prin. Specialist Value Stream Management (Deputy Program Manager) to join our dynamic team. In this role you will assist Program Managers in the development and production efforts for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services to our international partners. What You Will Do:

  • Provide support to program managers in aspects of program cost schedule and technical execution to ensure predictable performance outcomes.

  • Support program managers in risk and opportunity (R&O) management including following up with risk owners on action items.

  • Develop and review minor cost proposals and conduct management reviews for approval.

  • Support program managers on larger cost proposals by helping track proposal-related action items and coordinating bid reviews.

  • Support program managers in preparing and organizing program documentation (e.g. status reports charters program plans).

  • Assist in developing slide decks meeting minutes and action items for internal and external reviews.

  • Support execution of projects within the program with guidance provided by program managers.

  • Assist in reviewing Earned Value Management (EVM) data inputs from functional leads.

  • Support coordination between engineering logistics finance and subcontracting teams.

  • Support communication efforts with internal partners across Raytheon business units and external suppliers/customers at both domestic and international locations.

  • Expect to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelors degree in project management business administration engineering or a related discipline and minimum 5 years prior relevant experienceor An Advanced Degree in a related field andminimum 3 years experience.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications We Value:

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
