Job Description
An international company with offices worldwide is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their Cape Town finance this role you’ll ensure accurate billing reconciliations and financial reporting while supporting customers and key account managers to keep operations running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices customer bills & incoming payments
- Reconcile accounts and customer balances
- Manage billing queries with clients & KAMs
- Support month-end year-end and audits
- Assist with finance system improvements
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting
- 2 years’ finance experience (billing/reconciliations)
- Knowledge of International Business
- Strong Excel skills (MS Dynamics
- Excellent English communication skills
- Detail-driven proactive and analytical team player
Remuneration
