Duties and Responsibilties:
Assist with the coordination of program events workshops and community engagement initiatives
Support academic advising by scheduling appointments and preparing materials for student meetings
Maintain program databases track enrollment trends and update student files
Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices in public administration education
Support faculty with course materials grading (when appropriate) and Blackboard or Canvas support
Draft and design promotional materials newsletters and social media content
Attend regular meetings with the Program Director and provide administrative support
Assist in onboarding new students and serving as a liaison to current cohorts
Other duties as assigned related to the programs academic mission and growt
Required Qualifications:
Current enrollment or acceptance into a graduate program at Seton Hall University preferably in Public Administration or Social Work or a related field
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva Qualtrics and learning management systems a plus

Desired Qualifications:
Experience in higher education public service or nonprofit organizations
Event planning communications and student engagement
Interest in public sector innovation civic leadership or public management
