What this job involves:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and soft services including cleaning waste management and maintenance of workstation meeting rooms receptions boardroom training room cafeteria washrooms areas.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules protocols and quality control measures.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff including hiring scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to meet the facilitys cleanliness and hygiene needs.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring cost-effective procurement.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback related to housekeeping services.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and potential issues.
- Implement monitor sustainable cleaning practices and green initiatives.
